Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using ClipClaude ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipClaude is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to capture screenshots and send them to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis and response. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use ClipClaude. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at hello@clipclaude.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

ClipClaude offers the following plans:

  • Free: No charge, 10,000 tokens/day
  • Pro: $5/month, 40,000 tokens/day
  • Power: $10/month, 100,000 tokens/day

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Capture or submit screenshots containing other people's private information without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or API
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy

6. Token Limits and Fair Use

Daily token limits reset at midnight UTC. Unused tokens do not roll over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

ClipClaude and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AI responses generated are provided by Anthropic and governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. ClipClaude is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipClaude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by emailing hello@clipclaude.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Ukraine.
